Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TeeRoster platform, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by VegasBusinessAI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using TeeRoster, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Account Terms

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one active account.

3. Tee Time Reservations

TeeRoster facilitates the discovery, scheduling, and social coordination of golf tee times. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of available tee times, course information, and pricing displayed on the Service, we do not guarantee the availability of any specific tee time or course.

Booking confirmations are subject to verification by the applicable golf course. Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each participating golf course and are displayed at the time of booking. You agree to abide by the specific policies of each course you book through the Service.

You are responsible for arriving at the course on time and complying with all applicable course rules, dress codes, and etiquette standards. TeeRoster is not responsible for course conditions, weather-related cancellations, or any disputes between you and the golf course.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users of the Service
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access or scrape the Service without our prior written consent
• Manipulate booking systems, create fraudulent reservations, or engage in "no-show" behavior

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VegasBusinessAI LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

By posting content through the Service (including but not limited to reviews, photos, and comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Service. You retain all ownership rights in your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VEGASBUSINESSAI LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@teeroster.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Las Vegas, Nevada.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
