Yes! TeeRoster is completely free for golfers. You can browse courses, book tee times, create groups, and track scores at no cost. In the future we may offer optional premium features, but the core experience will always be free.

We are currently in a limited early-access phase. Sign up on our homepage to join the waitlist and be among the first to get access. We plan to open up broadly in the coming months.

Head to the Courses page, search for a course by name or location, and pick an available tee time. Select the number of players, confirm the details, and you are all set. You will receive a confirmation in the app and via email.

Yes. Open your Tee Times page, find the reservation, and tap Cancel. Cancellation policies vary by course — some allow free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance, while others may have different windows. The specific policy is shown before you confirm your tee time.

Availability windows depend on each golf course. Most courses allow tee times 7 to 14 days in advance. Some premium courses may open slots earlier. The available dates are always shown when you browse a course.

Go to the Groups tab and tap "Create Group." Give it a name, add a description, then invite friends by username or share an invite link. Once your group is set up, you can schedule events, chat, and coordinate tee times together.

There is no hard limit. Whether your regular foursome or a 50-person golf league, TeeRoster handles it. Group admins can manage members, set permissions, and organize sub-groups for larger organizations.

Absolutely. You can join as many groups as you like — a weekend crew, a work league, a tournament group, and more. Each group has its own chat, events, and member list.

Start a new round from the Scorecard tab, select the course, and enter scores hole by hole as you play. The app auto-calculates totals, tracks fairways hit and putts, and saves your round history so you can review your performance over time.

Handicap tracking is on our roadmap and coming soon. In the meantime, TeeRoster saves all your round data so you can monitor trends, averages, and personal bests across every round you play.
